Mr. Zhuang is a partner at FenXun Shanghai Office. He is an experienced corporate partner with over a decade of experience in advising Chinese companies on their outbound investments as well as multinationals on matters relating to their business in China. His practice has a strong focus on M&A (public and private) as well as general corporate compliance advisory work. He has rich industry knowledge and experience across many sectors, including automobile, healthcare, technology, agribusiness & food, and real estate. Frank will work closely with the team to assist clients of both Firms on their complex cross-border transactions.
